The employees of Point Tech Solutions have just undergone a successful training workshop on marketing strategies led by the CREATE Kenya business development officer, Ruth Ruhara, and our business consultant, Wahida Mohamed Athman Ali of One OAK Consultants. Strategy, creativity, passion and results = Point Tech Solutions.
The session covered the basic selling skills, the general sales process, importance of marketing, various marketing techniques and employee target settings. During the sessions, the employees were able to define who Point Tech’s customers are, which marketing techniques are ideal for the business and set employee targets for the month.
One Oak Consultants awarded each participant a certificate of attendance as a form of motivation; a move that was highly appreciated by the staff.
