The equipment was delivered in 2 phases. The first batch included stationary stock, lamination and binding machines as well as the smaller coloured printer. The Point Tech Solutions employees assisted in setting them up.
We took a few hours to record the stock as well as familiarize ourselves with Point Tech's policies on stock keeping.
The main printer was delivered a few days later and all employees, including the business manager completing the training to use the two main printers.The employees were very excited and very eager to help out with the printer set-up and training. They had tested all of the machines by the following day! We are ready for business!
